Delivery

The delay of delivery will depend on the type of product ordered, the client must ask to African Security a confirmation of the total waiting time for the preparation of his order (within 1 week till 2 months).

An estimate of the shipping cost will be sent to the customer by e-mail or automatically calculated by its online ordering. The shipping cost remains to the charge of the customer (importer). The shipping of our products is managed by a specialized company that guarantee you an optimal management of your shipping in terms of quality, legality and delay.


Merchandise return

We only can accept the return of the defective products before the end of the warranty period or damaged during the delivery. Our products are all guaranteed 1 year.

The shipment of defective products is at the customer’s charge. After receipt and verification, the defective products will be replaced or repaired and returned to the client for free, including the transport price.

The repair of defective products returned resulting from an improper use or abuse will be charged to the customer, including the cost of transport.
